It currently does not represent a strong enough reason for someone with prior experience of an online video player to switch from a rival product, like say Brightcove. However i find that the steaming software struggles on days when there are many clips being created and this can create a backlog during crucial content posting times. Cons	Ooyala's integration with the ad serving platform is not as good in terms of user interface and user experience. The user interface could be improved (making it more like YouTube and Vimeo). The feature that provides scheduling could be improved to be seamless for publishing to Instagram. Usability	No answers on this topic	Uplynk has improved greatly in the past year or so but still has some technical quirks that need to be worked out. i think with some improvements to speed and more stability in the program it could be an essential industry tool for our news station.
