Employees that come into work are needed to clock in to get paid for the amount of time they are working per day. They will log on to Darwinbox and clock in as soon as they can. Some will use the PTO they have available to use. HR will be able to make payroll in a timely manner for employees.

  • It provides an intelligent mechanism to showcase the absent employees and showcase the reserve employee that can be used in that period.
  • Teamwise helps to figure out the minute details to make strong business decisions and to figure out the growth of the organization as your employees are not glued to the desk.

  • It can improve its UI a little better and make it look more user friendly
  • It can provide a deep analysis about things and should provide a download feature for the analytics shown
  • It should increase its scalability for large organisation as i think it wont be able to handle it
