Darwinbox vs. WebHR

Employees that come into work are needed to clock in to get paid for the amount of time they are working per day. They will log on to Darwinbox and clock in as soon as they can. Some will use the PTO they have available to use. HR will be able to make payroll in a timely manner for employees.

I cannot think of any scenarios where WebHR would not be appropriate. It's a good solution for any size business and I see a lot of interest in the development to continue improving the solution.

• Salary management is simple and understandable
• Leaves management is easy to use
• Cloud-based, and has mobile apps

• It can improve its UI a little better and make it look more user friendly
• It can provide a deep analysis about things and should provide a download feature for the analytics shown
• It should increase its scalability for large organisation as i think it wont be able to handle it

• Logging into it from our system gives an error, but after a few minutes it acknowledges me and logs in (because I am logged into our secured system)

Renewal of this product is out of my control, but if asked I would give this product a thumbs up to renew. It only gets better with time

Great tool, however the bugs mar its user experience. If solved for, and if the UI is improved on, it will be an amazing tool

Darwinbox helps to maintain all the things at one platform and easy to use too. It provide better usability compared with Moday.com. Darwinbox provides more functionality compared with monday.com. It is also user friendly as well. All the things we are getting one platform and on one place.

I don't know any other products like WebHR, but I'm pretty sure it's a good solution for any organization, and it's improving constantly.

• The ability to view the organization structure and functional structure for the entire company.
• One-stop solution for talent acquisition, payroll, leaves, reimbursements, attendance (time-sheet), holidays, etc. So I don't have to open a lot of different apps.

• We are too early in implementation to be able to calculate ROI but am sure we will se great benefits in efficiency during the following 6 months.
