Well suited for any size company which needs CRM management. Easy to use. Great for individuals or teams that use Apple products. Daylite and ios expert integration has been key in capturing leads from our website into the Daylite database, plus then if they opt into email marketing, they are entered into the MailChimp database. The web forms also automate the creation of opportunities and are linked with the contacts/companies. Sales Managers with geographical responsibilities can easily filter contacts or projects based on these regions so they only see what they need. Daylite is not appropriate for Windows users.
I signed up for LeadDelta because I heard they were the best CRM for business professionals using LinkedIn. I spent hours getting it set up and configured. I wanted to update my CRM contacts with the contact information from my Google account. So I went through the effort of migrating my Google contact data. But it created duplicates of all my contacts. I then tried to delete the duplicates, but the only option is to hide the imported contacts, there is no way to remove them. But hiding them does not remove them from the dashboard data. I reached out for help and had to argue with the customer support that my dashboard was indeed showing data for the hundreds of contacts I manually selected and hid. I was told they could not remove the contacts from their end. As a software engineer, I know it is not that hard to update a database. But I was told it was impossible. I politely asked for a refund, twice, but they refused, even though I had just subscribed 2 days prior and was never able to use the software to track my contacts. I had to contest the charges with the credit card company, and now LeadDelta is fighting the refund. I cannot believe their lack of customer service and care.
Now I can easily process my emails, I can store them even I can pin them and make a sticky note so that whenever I have a meeting I can better assist the client.
This tool provides me numerous integrations to associate with Mac.
It is very easy to customize as I have customized the notification and alerts.
Daylite is dragging us towards success and giving reliable features. The developer and technical team listen to the feedback about the platform and correct the errors and bugs in the limited time frame. It helps in managing the project's progress, track the overall completion of project, plan, creates and performs with having a feature of adding a reminder to the task and helps in easily managing the finances too.
LeadDelta was supposed to be easier to use and update. It was recommended to me as a better way to track my contacts and organize my followup. But with data corruption, LeadDelta became unusable for me, and they were unwilling to make it right.
Daylite has been very helpful for new employees to answer their own questions about contacts/passwords, etc.
We found the tiny notification bell to be weak, sometimes a project comes in with a tight deadline and we have to double-check and ask an employee if they saw the notification. More time would be saved by just chatting about the project and its expectations.
A huge benefit is the institutional knowledge that can be had by reading past projects. We've tracked everything, so the history is there.
