Likelihood to Recommend	The integration is very easy implemented with email client or web browser, you can translate emails, web pages and quality of translation is on top. Regarding document translation it gives you only 3 formats of documents (.pdf, .pptx and .docx), in my experience this type of documents are sufficient, however it would be better to see other type of documents as well. Also, you have to convert your old document in Word or PowerPoint to latest version, otherwise program won't accept it. I would like it to support more than 5 languages as, for example, I work with 7 different language pairs. It does not always accept the files after they were converted with OCR. Usability	No answers on this topic	Again, the list of functions is impressive but the way it is organized (not process-driven) and the fact that complex tasks should be close to basic tasks make the product suitable to hardcore users that have a lot of time to research the manuals and blogs.
