Demandforce vs. Pobuca

How heavily does your business rely on the internet to schedule appointments/communicate with patients? What programs/systems does your business use and is it compatible with Demandforce? Is the IT at your business knowledgeable about Demandforce? Appropriate to recommend Demandforce at mixers with other optometry offices.

Pobuca works well with small businesses. Your whole company can have access to contacts and can easily share contacts. It's easy to use and input information. It's simple to set up for all your employees. Having access to business cards with simply taking a picture is a nice feature. It's overall ease of use and simple interface makes it an effective program

We are constantly being contacted by comparable organizations. If Mindbody Online integrated a feature like Demandforce, we'd move over there to keep everything in one platform.

I do not have any alternative products to compare this service too. It was in place when I came aboard this company and I have no say in its continuation or replacement. As from what I can gather, there are many alternatives to this platform, but Demandforce is the only one I am aware of that runs in your system tray and is passively ran in conjunction with your accounting database.

BizConnect’s customer service was not good and was a bit slow in searching contacts. But Pobuca is the best choice in this regard--from customer service to the ease with which we can add contact into it is amazing. Its flexibility is another major factor in choosing Pobuca. Finding any contact through this software is very simple, but its scanning feature is a bit slow and takes time.
