Chose Dice.com
Mostly we prefer Dice.com in our organization for IT related sourcing, where it perform well in job posting review the resume and tracking the resume. the filter process which available in this portal is more accessible that all other portal.
As I said, Dice.com is the best sourcing tools while compared to other job sourcing platform. It has more up to date features and still withstand in the market, while others are mostly outdated. It is suitable for IT, Non-IT and all kind of requirements.
compare other portal in Dice.com we can filter option is there, it will be very useful to reduce the heavy work time. and Dice.com posting is the best way to get the profile easily. we can see the lots of resume in single page but we can't see it in other portal.
we majorly use Dice.com due to its optimization and regular update for various filter. it has major filter process which no other portal has like specific location , skillsets, visa status, tax term and resume as per latest update
Even though I have an access to all the portals to source the profiles, My priority will be Dice.com, as I can get the result much faster than other portals
We currently use ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Jobs, and the free job ad services on Indeed. We do this do to the expense of Indeed Ads (Sponsored Jobs) and the low return on investment. We have seen significant improvements by learning how the algorithm places job ads without cost …
Indeed Ads (Sponsored Jobs) excel in reaching to broad audience and cost-effective tool, it provides detailed analytics which includes metrics, views and clicks etc. Indeed Ads (Sponsored Jobs) operates on pay-per- click model which is very good option to control the …
I've used Monster as it was linked to a product called Job Target, and I felt it was ok. It seemed larger and I didn't have the capability to input specific parameters for our jobs. It was more generalized and just didn't work as well for us.
There were features on CareerBuilder's platform that we utilized particularly for more administrative roles, however, their service and ease of use were poor. It would be nice if Indeed Sponsored Jobs offered more tools to study the roles being sponsored but their ease of use …
We have previously worked with ihiredental.com for sponsored ads. After paying to keep that ad open for 3 months we closed due to lack of quality candidates.
Indeed Sponsored Jobs has a better reach for the hourly positions that we are trying to fill, while the other platforms speak to a different clientele. There are some that I will not use again just because their platforms are too cumbersome to use, and they have not provided …
On Indeed, we receive far more qualified candidates for the positions we post. I also think that Indeed is more user-friendly than most of its competitors. ZipRecruiters' layout is cluttered and harder to connect with other employers. Indeed allows for us to access twice as …
We have used target ads in the past and while the product has been discontinued, it worked well in tandem with sponsorship to use as a multi-layer strategy if/as needed.
Due to a glitch, and how our firm is set up, we were forced to become a sponsor or we would not be allowed to post on Indeed. Our issue is that we post the "same" opening in a lot of cities across the US, we also close and repost a lot in the same cities, more due to need …
We used to use AppCast and now use JobCase, in addition to Indeed. I didn't see JobCase on the list. These resources don't really compete against Indeed as they are an aggregate that posts on sources other than Indeed. They work well with Indeed for more coverage. I do find …
I have to cast a wide net to achieve our hiring initiatives each year, so I use multiple products. However, LinkedIn always comes in second place on my source reports.
Utilize both for difficult searches, Indeed support is much much better than Linkedin. I only seem to hear from Linkedin customer support when it is time to renew the contract.
Handshake is mainly for the college-age group. We have listed some of our jobs on here before, but never had a good turnout of applicants. We tried ZipRecruiter, but it was easier to manage all of our jobs if they were listed on one site. We would also sometimes have people …
In our organization we prefer Dice.com for sourcing as well as for job posting purpose. which it perform well in sourcing of various profile with specific skill and location specification is much easy. review the resume is best to get or see the feedback. we use to job for non IT recruitment which perform well in all aspects.
In our market Dental Hygienists are extremely hard to find. We started using Indeed Sponsored Jobs for our hygienist positions and immediately received great response from quality candidates. Before we started using Indeed Sponsored Jobs for our hygiene positions we were in a drought. After using this program, we are hiring on average 2 hygienists per week.
Immediate response, that's what I need. I post the job, there is no waiting one day or two hours to respond to the candidates.
Gives me better visibility, better ability to choose different candidates, I've tried sponsored jobs with deal-breakers and non-deal-breakers. Sometimes is best not to have a deal-breaker for certain jobs because I might pass on a candidate I wouldn't have thought to maybe take a look at.
I've also used the instant match, I'm starting to get better at qualifying those candidates and I had a few applicants from that.
It would be helpful if in the messages tab you could sort messages into folders and mark messages as unread once you have read them.
Reposting an old closed job is difficult because it is no longer in the templates. If I go to my closed jobs it would be nice if it had an option to "reopen as a new job".
I can give 100%, because my first preference is Dice.com only. when i start the work i will post requirement in Dice.com meanwhile i am working. i am getting lots of resume in Dice.com posting, it will reduce my heavy work and we will find critical resume from Dice.com only
They continue to improve their platform. Although sometimes adding more functions can decrease usability, Indeed is very good at adding definitions and information in a very user-friendly way. You are truly able to customize your service and job ads in a way that benefits you and your company. You also have complete control over your ad and your budget
Our Indeed support team far exceeds the support I've received from any other recruitment platform. We have a dedicated account executive AND a client support specialist, both of whom go out of their way to assist with everything from making our job ads more effective to make the billing process more transparent. They are a rock star team that truly takes the stress out of recruiting!
Again, I came onboard after our company had conducted the implementation but from working closely with those that went through process I have heard it went very smoothly

We have only indeed connected to our ATS for less than six months, so tracking true ROI on time to hire is hard to dive into.
The cost per hire has increased over the last couple of years due to how competitive it is for hourly employees across the industry.
The quality of applicants is about the same. We find that Indeed can provide quantity for hourly positions not necessarily quality and we continue to struggle with candidates not showing up for interviews.
