Chose Dice TalentSearch
Like already said Monster or Career Builder doesnt have the filter option to filter the candidate current location which Dice TalentSearch has in it. Overall experience is much satisfied to used to eradicate the duplicate profiles. the first thing say about the Dice …
Dice TalentSearch is now a brand and has its market presence when it comes to US market. With right filters and pool it is most preferred job and talent search tool which an organisation aims for.
I received multiple candidates only after hours of posting my jobs on other sites. And for a fraction of the cost! I not only received quality candidates but also candidates who actually matched my requirements. These sites also have the option for proactive outreach and …
Overall, I think we selected and have stayed with DICE because it has a strong concentration of IT specific resources. They also seem to have a good number of candidates who are looking for independent consulting work which best aligns with our current business model. But I …
They all have different features, methodologies/techniques and value. I feel overall Dice Open Web is the most Flexible, Creative Search Tool; yet have already used JobDiva for several years and seems to be a very good ATS. I've been recruiting, sourcing and managing talent …
what works well for Dice Open Web is that it can be used internally within a company very well. the groups of jobs with same skill sets across teams can be well displayed on the web and thus candidates can apply to multiple jobs in one go. ability to customize email templates, …
The decision to go with Dice wasn't up to me, it was up to technology leaders and decision makers above me. The decision to go with it originally was the belief that it was more robust than it really was and was a true competitor to the likes of Linkedin. It seems a bit …
We are also using Hiring Monster/Tech Fetch/Career Builder, apart from Dice. However, the search results of Dice are best. We have closed many candidates through Dice including many niche skills that are rarely available in the market or on other job boards. I highly recommend …
This is a great tool where it consolidates the search results from over 50+ social and professional networking sites and brings you a large pool of candidates. This includes a combination of both active as well as a passive pool of resources. Helped a lot with a few of the …
I would rate Dice Open Web in the middle of the stack of tools we use. Not great, but worth using at times. Entelo and SeekOut are probably better from a search capability, although SeekOut is still a bit new.
Dice Open Web Social Media connect using Big Data technology makes it worth while using the application. Dice in itself has a huge database of candidates with updated resume which is good enough for us to find the right candidates matching our profile. With Dice the Candidates …
Interms of price point Greenhouse is placed very well. The pricing is reasonable and affordable compared to its competitors. iCIMS is a lot bigger ATS with higher pricing and lot of features. I would rate Greenhouse higher on ease of usage and pricing
I prefer Greenhouse to Workday's built-in talent tool as Greenhouse is significantly more intuitive and easier to use. Our whole recruiting team prefers Greenhouse.
A lot of new features and Recruiter friendly Interface is what made us to choose Greenhouse over any other competition in Market. Cost is another factor as Greenhouse is available at a very competitive price in Market. This is an overall package for all your recruitment, …
Greenhouse has mastered the ATS tool and continuously improves features based on soliciting feedback from their customers. They do a great job at listening and adjusting based on the growing needs of their customers in the talent management space.
Greenhouse is better in terms of usability as it user-friendly and easy to navigate around. It has helped streamline the recruitment process which allows automation of job postings to social sites, candidate search.
From the HR team, it has helped them to provide a better …
I've previous used a recruitment tool powered by Salesforce at a previous company. This tool was effective for sourcing through a resume database however not as user-friendly for managing talent pipelines. Greenhouse is one of the best recruitment tools to onboard teams onto …
Greenhouse definitely compares favorably to its main competitors. The last few years have seen massive investments in recruiting technology companies, leading to a bit of an arms race with each of the top players in the market offering robust roadmaps of forthcoming features. …
Greenhouse does a much better job making the applying process smoother than other competitors. Specifically, I find that when using Greenhouse the time it takes to fill out the application and submit is significantly less than most other services. I'd even say that I am more …
I prefer Greenhouse to the other products as their suite of services seems to be much larger and more diverse. By using Greenhouse I know that I can use it for the whole process from introduction to hiring whereas in some others I cannot and will need to loop in other products.
Greenhouse is the standard, it is the most expensive but it's worth it. If you wanted to spend less, I'd suggest Lever but that will also mean cutting on some neat features that could improve your recruiting process.
GH was already there at my work. GH overall better experience better customization, more options, more professional and developed compared to recruitee (later/newer stage ATS)
Tools appears very light to use. It does not take forever to load. the interface is very simple but capable, unlike many ATS's. The tools is Simple yet loaded with very useful functionalities that save a lot of time and expedites the processes. For different stakeholders, the …
Many startups will end up using Lever or Greenhouse as an ATS system and they are very comparable. I love Lever as well but Greenhouse just has more functionalities and it higher capacities especially working with a bigger company from 500-1000 high growth scale. Lever is a …
I believe that Lever is slightly better than Greenhouse as it's more convenient and you can communicate with candidates through it. However, I do think Greenhouse is really useful and has almost all the features you may need to track candidates and job postings. My company uses …
The design of Greenhouse is straightforward and organized. We evaluated other applicant tracking systems recently and found them to still stand out as one of the most user-friendly. It serves many vital functions that a couple of other applicant tracking systems lacked. The …
This platform is probably more suited for small to mid-size companies that may not have super specific roles and requirements. Organizations also that may not have a large budget for these types of programs also could be a good fit as it does offer some value, but probably falls behind in the cutting edge and super competitive landscape for platforms or organizations. It's probably less appropriate for large companies or places that are investing in current and cutting edge technology or products.
Greenhouse merges very well with most of the Job Board we use such as Indeed, Linkedin Recruiter and others. It makes it easy to import date from these job boards onto the system. However, more can be done when it comes to bulk candidate import, I think there should be a feature that allows us to adding bulk candidates at a go.
Greenhouse Security is simple, but not that granular. For example, everytime new recruiter joins, we have to give them access manually one by one. There is no one click or an easy way to auto assign security unlike other systems that we use such as Workday.
Greenhouse reporting is very lacking. Even though we are on the highest tier, we cannot extract data through this delivered feature. For example, scorecard custom questions. We have to do this through SQL.
Greenhouse Audit Log is also lacking. It is not useful at all. We cannot even see what job info changed and who changed it even though we are on the highest tier now.
I'm assuming we will keep using DICE, but Indeed and LinkedIn are starting to prove their value and strength in having candidates/consultants use their services to look for new opportunities.
Its already I mentioned it is used to search the resumes of relevant profile upon the request of clients requirement. comfortable with filters to validate the profile before the resumes open. Can be able to locate the profile which the recruiter is willing to work on the requirement. Little more costly when compared to other job portals.
The overall interface is very easy to understand and it is capable. There are a lot of very useful functionalities that help in productivity as simple as tags for the coordinators to manage their day to day tasks. The continuous improvements greenhouse brings to the users are really impressive. We use quite a few integrations with it and they help the job even hassle free.
Dice provides ease of sourcing candidates and is the most useful in staffing industry. However, we still recommend the team to provide older version access to the user which was much easier and flexible to use. Dice posting is the best feature in Dice. The Boolean Search feature in Dice is also very useful.
I have never needed to call Greenhouse for support. I am not the primary account holder, nor do I use Greenhouse enough to merit calling support. I delegate that responsibility to the Recruiting team. They have never mentioned any experience with Greenhouse technical support, either bad or good. I would assume that they would tell me if the support was poor.
what works well for Dice Open Web is that it can be used internally within a company very well. the groups of jobs with same skill sets across teams can be well displayed on the web and thus candidates can apply to multiple jobs in one go. ability to customize email templates, set alerts and notifications are really 3-5 steps processes. Candidates can also track their own progress once their process starts for filling an opening in a group.
A lot of new features and Recruiter friendly Interface is what made us to choose Greenhouse over any other competition in Market. Cost is another factor as Greenhouse is available at a very competitive price in Market. This is an overall package for all your recruitment, Engagement and reporting needs.
