Likelihood to Recommend	Digital WarRoom is especially appropriate for smaller document reviews. The ease of uploading, imagining and review of documents really lends itself to email review. Also, there are many ways to do the same thing which is great when we are in a rush and how a user learns. Attorneys are loving the Case Builder function. Cons	It would be nice to be able to export documents prior to endorsing, for ease of attorney or client review It would also be nice to export documents with pending redactions for attorney review prior to production. Oftentimes, we need to send suggested redactions to clients who aren't users of the database. Return on Investment	No answers on this topic	DISCO has saved our clients tons of money in hosting fees, as well as hourly fees in time spent reviewing documents. With DISCO's search capabilities, a review that could take weeks or months by many can be performed in days or weeks by fewer personnel.
