Digivante vs. Inoxoft

We've only really made use of the site health check and testing services, so I can't comment on other scenarios/services that Digivante offers at this time. Happy with the service so far.

I recommend Inoxoft as a young but potentially top software development provider. If you are in need of innovative solutions, just provide the team with as much information as possible and you won’t even need to be involved in the process. The engineers are hard-working and enthusiastic. They are interested in the best outcome of the project.

• The Testing team is very thorough. Bug reports are easy to manage and very clear to understand which makes them easier to resolve.
• Consultancy: Support is there for insight and roadmap guidance.
• Easy to manage customer support portal, with clear a breakdown of issues raised to date, which measures site success by looking at how many 'high' 'medium' issues are resolved with each test over time, you can view this easily via their own analytics suite.

• The most impressive was their devotion to making sure our needs were met.
• We receive project updates to the slightest details as if we are present during the development process in person.
• The team is extra cooperative and responsive to our requests.

• Timezone issues with us being in US and Digivante HQ being in London. I had to plan testing projects 1-2 days in advance to make sure we hit our target.
• No help for test data creation. We had to do that on site and provide Digivante with test data for their testers.
• Could not reach them on weekends. Had to plan a test cycle latest by Friday noon to get it slotted.

• Nothing specific comes to mind. Overall we are very satisfied.

All the details of our communication were discussed during the initial stages, before getting into the development. Inoxoft has an excellent project management performance in terms of cost, quality, and time. As I mentioned before, I’m satisfied with weekly updates where the project manager informs us about the news, changes, and issues (if any occur).

Having previously used Applause, we found the client portal and quick turnaround of Digivante one that suited our business better.

We did most of our research through Clutch and Inoxoft seemed to be a great fit for the partnership we needed.

• Found many bugs during exploratory test cycles that could not have been caught by QA team. (no time right now to send the metrics)
• Found many critical and high bugs during regression testing that could have caused business disruption
• Hundreds of testers during cycles for 1 fixed price.

• Inoxoft’s team has met all requirements so far.
• It is too early to mention the deliverables, but it has been excellent work and cooperation with Inoxoft’s team.
• The project is ongoing.
