Considered Both Products	Diligent Entities Verified User Anonymous Chose Diligent Entities Whilst Ontra and Kuberno are both excellent products, the cost of each was prohibitive when compared with Diligent Entities, and neither product integrated with the Australian Securities Investment Commission company portal for lodgement purposes. We also have what amounts to an org chart in Justworks but it isn't laid out as cleanly or as plainly. Likelihood to Recommend	I would recommend Diligent Entities for organisations with 20 or more entities as a valuable asset for ensuring secure and streamlined entity management. I would probably not recommend the product for companies with only a few entities, as the solution is quite expensive and it is geared towards larger, structured organisations, particularly those with international companies. I think it wasn't used as much for team bonding, there is a section where each person can fill out their work habits. Cons	The process for issuing and cancelling shares could be made easier. At times, the data is slow to update. There are some click-through fields that aren't necessary. Usability	Whilst most of the features in Diligent are of a high standard, there are some functions that could be made more user-friendly, to enable greater use of the product by more senior managers who may not have the time, coding, or other technical skills required to work out some of the functionality.
