Chose Diligent One Platform
Risk management is better in D1. Teammate was inflexible.
Even do I personally did not have previous experience with other solutions, the approach that Diligent One Platform has to show the real risks in the organization, how easy is to manage this information that is complex by definition and the support that gives us to 'create a …
The tool is extremely rigid in its definitions. We tried to implement it for almost a year and nothing happen. One time a team member made a mistake and uploaded a wrong list risks to it was not possible to eliminate any of them we had to take the database down, erase …
Cheaper. We retain diligent due to the cost. The other products have more advanced tools but unfortunately due to overall cost and time to implement we are limited in exploring other options at this time.
Diligent One Platform has better reviews, dashboards, and tracking management. The interface is clean, easy to read, and nicely organized. The reporting tool and tracker management aspect is nicely done. The learning curve is not high since we have users of all levels, from …
It has better reviews than any of the competition and provides more features and dashboards for tracking and monitoring. Though the Initial investment was high, the benefits of compliance, BCP, and risk management helped to make the decision.
We were using an older version of Teammate that was being retired. The new implementation prompted us to reevaluate the legacy platform and see if there were other systems that be simpler and less costly.
Digital one was focused on risk and governance while other tools we reviewed were more generic for data analysis across different use cases. As a heavily regulated industry, we needed a dedicated risk monitoring framework and Digital One helped accomplish that
I'm excited about diligent due to the fact that they provide many tools to support compliance through use of analytics and testing processes. We also use FloQast, for which I'm an advocate for, however I'm not sure they have expanded yet to support analytics and testing. I …
Diligent Highbond stacks up somewhat poorly against our other tools. In addition to what was included above, we use some smaller tools that fulfill many of the gaps left by Diligent Highbond. We have since started to move away from Diligent Highbond. Alteryx is better at …
HighBond is more flexible than Teammate with its workflow, project management, configurability, and reporting capabilities. Teammate was not good at coordinating requests from the business. It did not have good notification features to support project management (review …
It is a powerful tool for analytics and it's easy to use and I like the many features such as issue tracker, a story board. It helps us to streamline the audit process and compliance programs as well in a single platform. This tool will save our organization an incredible …
While Ventiv IRM is a bit more expensive than another platform we have used and evaluated, we get a lot of value that helps us make informed risk management decisions. The system works for us, and not the other way around. We're able to use integrations from other sources (such …
Board member meetings and discussions around governance, compliance, financial risk analysis, and risk management. The sharing of confidential documents is very secure and well-suited to use. The security of discussion is a great feature among members and leadership. Business record management is easily shared and managed, and we’re very pleased with the outcome.
I think the capabilities that Ventiv IRM has are incredible, even more so that what we've already started utilizing it for. The ability for it to be able to create graphs with reportings is a very visually useful. I do think that what we have access to is limited to our knowledge at this point. I have set up mine and my team's dashboards and customized it for each persons needs (i.e. the most updated claims that each person needs to see vs seeing every updated claim, etc), but I believe there are further capabilities that can be done, we just aren't familiar with it. As we continue to learn how to use/utilize Ventiv IRM for our needs, I'm sure my 9 points will elevate to a 10!
Enhance business compliance by maintaining records and documents for all our processes and reports, which allows us to not worry about training new people in case resources are transferred.
We integrated risk assessment tools and business continuity plans, which allowed proactive identification and mitigation of potential business risks.
It helped to secure communication channels with confidential discussions and document sharing among team members and leadership.
Clarifying what one has purchased in their modules - what's included versus not.
Making sure that what should be included in a module is active, usable for the client.
Once the module is set up for the client, give training to the client through all the modules. Walk with them, 1) make sure everything works; 2) the client understands how to use it. This is beyond the Ventiv University, which is a great refresher, and follow-up for something the client forgot.
Very usable. The team is always suggesting "tweaks" that allow for easier flow, better understanding of the information needed. This even includes in moving categories/sections in a records around so that the flow of the record is better
HighBond by Galvanize support has some of the best and fastest support that I have experienced. Though we only contact them through emails, they were quick to provide insightful information about our problems. Whenever we email them about an issue, they would be able to reply in less than an hour, ready and prepared with useful solutions to address the issue.
Support will reach out to me and I LOVE that. Often I want to show them what I see and they have always been willing to jump on a Teams meeting so I can do that. This has also helped me understand how to explain things better (support speak). This has led to closing tickets, completing projects sooner.
I was not involved in the implementation, but i do think the interface works well and is a great tool to centralize our compliance program. I'm currently in the process of exploring many of the advanced features and using the Diligent Academy to learn about some of these exciting features to add value to our organization. I recently attended a CPE and was very impressed with the presenters and their energy and knowledge of the product
The actual implantation was not good. The system is fully customizable so Ventiv was ready to give us what we wanted; however, we never had a system so we didn't fully understand what we wanted. Since then, we hit "reset" and we are steadily moving forward.
The tool is extremely rigid in its definitions. We tried to implement it for almost a year and nothing happen. One time a team member made a mistake and uploaded a wrong list risks to it was not possible to eliminate any of them we had to take the database down, erase everything and start all over. DIligent One is very manageable on that front
A lot of time and efficiency has been saved for my team as we continue to find different ways to automate tests, continuous monitoring projects, etc. We have been able to shift our focus on enhancement projects that previously had been on the back burner until we had switched to the Diligent One Platform.
