Likelihood to Recommend	It's user-friendly and very intuitive. It has many capabilities that are out of the box, and it does not need to do any workaround. Also, there are many ways to do the same thing which is great when we are in a rush and how a user learns. Attorneys are loving the Case Builder function. I am happy that we can streamline processes and get to do more of what we love to do versus being bogged down by tedious steps. Alternatives Considered	DISCO Ediscovery outperforms all the competitors we reviewed on ease of adoption, usability, UI design, support, functions, features, and feature updates. While the price was a bit higher, DISCO Ediscovery's value was far greater than that offered by the other products. DISCO Ediscovery's functionality and accessibility was the best suited to our practice and the size of our firm and even the less tech savvy employees can learn how to use the application with some basic training. Return on Investment	DISCO has saved our clients tons of money in hosting fees, as well as hourly fees in time spent reviewing documents. With DISCO's search capabilities, a review that could take weeks or months by many can be performed in days or weeks by fewer personnel. With DISCO, actions that previously had to be contracted out to a vendor can now be handled in-house at a much cheaper cost.
