Likelihood to Recommend	Doodle is great when you need to coordinate dates among a group and don't want to send a bunch of group emails or texts. It allows a number of dates to be proposed and the group can easily see those dates that are most preferred. If you need to do something more complex than that it may not be your tool. We pay $25/month for our whole team to use it, although I think they might be changing the price plans soon so we may have to reevaluate this factor later. I can't give it a 10 out of 10 review because we've just dealt with way too many calendar syncing errors and bugs in our time using it - and SetMore has been way too slow in actually fixing the issues. Customer service is always quick to respond in Chat, but it's a different story with how fast their developers can fix bugs and how much they choose to prioritize certain issues. For the most part, especially more recently, we've had a good experience with SetMore - and it makes appointment scheduling with our students easier. We're glad to use it and I would recommend it to others in education who support students doing 1 on 1 advising. Just except some bugs to come up now and then that may not get fixed immediately. Pros	Doodle approaches this problem different than most other scheduling platforms I've looked at (and I've looked at most of them). Doodle allows the person who is making their calendar available for scheduling to make the final decision on the meeting in contrast to other platforms that typically do it the other way around. Cons	I would appreciate a more intuitive add-on within Google Calendar so we can schedule meetings directly in there. I think missing functionality might be adding sliders, photos, and colors to the polls to make it look really beautiful. I find the options on the poll settings are a bit confusing. It could be elaborated on more or have tooltips to explain the options better. SetMore is more open to internal and external users that can take in place. With the others, many needed a VPN connection to use it. No capabilities for external users of the organization to access and schedule or check the availability of the internal resources. That being said, SetMore needs a facelift. It is a great tool but is getting aged. New freeware available, freemium tools for similar purposes getting out that can fill the gaps where SetMore is failing. Return on Investment	Doodle saves so much time. Time is valuable, and it cuts the time involved with scheduling in half. Doodle connects our team across campus. Even if we don't see each other, we can still check in and plan a meeting. Doodle doesn't always work well with our campus network, which can be annoying.
