Cons	Ducknowl Assessments could be improved with more diverse options, especially for real estate industry. It can take some finagling to get the correct user access setup and running. I selected Ducknowl as the best because of the features it has. The video portion of the software is superior to the other ones, and I think aside from a glitch here and there, their product is overall consistent, whereas their competitors have some notable flaws.
