It has a better ability to show root causes. Dynatrace university is the best for getting new users up to speed, and DynatraceOne is the best for support in real-time... IN the tool! More Info Chose Dynatrace Capability and performance when adding agent to applications. In our search, it was the best at quickly identifying the root cause of a problem.
