ELMO Software vs. Viventium

The performance review process is clear and easy to complete, for both employee and manager. I have experienced this in both roles, with my own staff, and undergoing my own review with my manager. I haven't experienced scenarios where it is less appropriate, I think our HR department customised the software well to our needs.

Extremely easy to use and easy to track your work attendance. On a weekly basis, daily basis, etc... User friendly and easy to navigate through. I can add my PTO time when necessary

• My biggest complaint is that one search feature shows results as you type and the other requires you to hit enter to search. Seriously. That is my biggest complaint.

Once I learned the specific way of doing things, the software became very logical and ergonomic. It is easy to use and is an excellent resource for many of the specific tasks required for my role, especially in relation to staff onboarding and management. It is also excellent as a resource for my own personal HR information.

I am not sure whether you are asking how the learning & development team rates ELMO Software or how ELMO supports our team when issues arise with the software? It is not my decision to purchase the software nor am I involved with the maintenance of the software.

Aspen is more straightforward in creating a course of personal development recognized by our industry, but your ELMO Software is generally easier to use. As the workforce in our company is very often built by the majority of people with basic academic background education, IE they often have only just completed year 10... it is very important your element of making it easy to understand, using simple words and clear explained multiple choices in the final quiz

After 2 weeks of one-on-one phone calls with my "trainer" from ADP, I ran my first payroll by myself. They called me the next day and asked if I needed help and I said I THOUGHT I had done it ok. The trainer was floored. He actually said to me "NOBODY is ever able to run their first payroll on their own!" Doesn't that just say it all??? It was SO confusing. There was so much to navigate around and things that I did not understand. With Vivenium, they did a 60 minute walk through on video with me and I was ready to go. I had questions after that as I hit unique situations, but I had someone to call and email and I always got my questions answered. They would fix the issue for me AND tell me how to do it myself so that I could learn for the next time.

• Our hiring process is infinitely smoother and the ROI is phenomenal in regards to the time spent on vetting.
