I find it is best when you need to connect to a computer after hours and the end user has left for the day. I can remote in to the computer without interaction and troubleshoot the issues as required. The connection is speed and works well unlike some other remote access software

Organize large volumes of contracts with attachments. Reduce the number of copies and versions of documents. To keep documents in a location that is searchable and provides an overview of what the contracts are intended to accomplish. To stay up to date on the terms and conditions of documents and take advantage of opportunities such as volume discounts accordingly.

  • can sometimes report a machine as powered off when its actually stuck in an update cycle

It is just very easy to use. It has a good user interface on it, the items are where I expect them to be and I find it to work as I expect it to work without surprises.

The platform helps you to get your things done. It is designed the way so that user spends as little time as possible on dealing with low-value activities like labeling, structuring, signing and focuses more on the things that will determine how much you will get out of the contract, like setting reminders for the deliverables, extracting the key information, etc.

I've never had to call support so I do not have an answer for this question. I find the software works well but we have a support desk who would work with them if we had back end issues

  • It saves time by replacing channels for document encryption. No need for emails; makes work safer and easier to figure out what document the team is working on.
  • No need to switch between the platforms to sign documents.
  • No need to read the whole document; just the places AI highlighted.
