While both Epsilon Agility Harmony and Oracle Responsys are great for larger organizations that send a lot of emails, I think Epsilon Agility Harmony is more robust than Responsys and is easier to use. It is significantly more complex than Hubspot and requires previous …
I was an unfortunate recipient of funds via a Tango Card... Hopefully, there will be a resolution with the returned funds (due to the shipping issue.) The FAQ says otherwise... will be interesting to see how Tango responds.
We liked Tango Card much more as it was easier to use and had more flexibility within our company. It allowed us to be more creative as well. The scale of cards and ease of use, both front and back end were huge decision points for us. Everything about Tango Card appeared to be …
There were couple of things that set Tango Card ahead of the game. Enhanced security features, Supported by PCIDSS 3.2, user friendliness in admin modules as well as in e card redemption process and affordability Additionally the flexibility in Tango Card platforms helped the …
Comparatively, Tango Card is far superior to Giftbit in my use case (i.e. API connected to online community platform). Largely due to it works for the end user (the recipient of the reward) much more simply and it is stress-free. With Giftbit, I had tons of users who never got …
Appropriate for large organizations who want customization in their emails. The tool - while intuitive if you have previous background - is hefty and large in scope of capabilities. It's great for organizations who have multiple users and shows the name of person who last made changes. The reporting is really good - but may be a bit overwhelming for organizations who don't need a lot of detailed information
Works great for market research, and for large batches of fulfillment. Where it shines most for me is in the international realm. We do tracking studies across dozens of countries and this has been a great help for us in making those studies feasible.
The tool could be improved to "remember" where you last left off (specific user). Having to constantly retrace steps if you get logged out is annoying.
Hitting the "back" arrow sends you back to a main section, when it should send you back to where you previously were.
It would be nice to see performance reports available within the campaign itself, as well as within the reporting section.
Ability to NOT be able to change anything in a campaign after it has launched. This has happened multiple times. We usually copy a previous campaign to start a new one but often, we end up changing content on the version we are copying from -- this is very annoying and dangerous.
The initial setup of the API with all the ACH info was a bit complicated.
The only speedbump (not big concern) is the branding of a Tango Card - when saying that to recipients, they don't "get it" immediately and some quick-to-judgement folks can say they don't want it.
Giving it a 9 only because I haven't been using it for more than 6 months but that said, I've had enough projects and redemptions to get a full understanding of its performance. TANGO CARD just works better than the rest for the redemption experience for the end recipient.
While both Epsilon Agility Harmony and Oracle Responsys are great for larger organizations that send a lot of emails, I think Epsilon Agility Harmony is more robust than Responsys and is easier to use. It is significantly more complex than HubSpot and requires previous knowledge of using an email tool that has content blocks and or dynamic content.
