Cons	The Outlook plug-in crashes my computer from time to time. Return on Investment	Teem has made it much easier to find rooms in a pinch, so that has reduced a lot of time for users. Teem has made it much easier for us to track all guests coming into the building and vastly improved our tracking/reporting. On the downside, it has been expensive adding new conference rooms due to the cost of hardware which can be pretty negative.
