great for recurring meetings on a weekly basis when we don't have to schedule it every week - automatic feature is great. ALso like how it describves the different features each room has with photo. Filters for choosing words is great too as we can see what tech is available in each room

• When someone cancels a recurring or one-time meeting on Outlook, the reservation isn't removed on Roomzilla. It creates a two-step process for users when they reschedule meetings via Outlook.

I gave it a 9 because Roomzilla is super easy to use—even as a first-time user, I found the interface really clear. I love that we can book rooms across different sites. For someone new to CIC, it’s really helpful that the rooms show the floor number and even have a map to find them easily. Just super practical overall!

They are great. Working in a customer facing role my entire career, I understand the important of having excellent customer service. They are responsive, polite, and answer my questions when I reach out.

I've been using Teem for a little over a year, and it works well as a product. I haven't investigated other products that do the same thing, but I need to. That being said, Teem's customer service is awesome. So the tool would have to be fairly impressive for me to entertain a switch

It's easier to preview the room availability and co-coordinate between users from different organizations. It synchronises with tablets in each room allowing to confirm, schedule or cancel the meeting directly from the meeting room. Also allows to add multiple users and manage them from organisation level of different companies. Totally recommend.

• Teem has made it much easier to find rooms in a pinch, so that has reduced a lot of time for users.
• Teem has made it much easier for us to track all guests coming into the building and vastly improved our tracking/reporting.
• On the downside, it has been expensive adding new conference rooms due to the cost of hardware which can be pretty negative.

• It has made our meetings more seamless since we don't have to spend time walking around looking for available space.
• I use it to schedule about 15 personal meetings/week.
