Likelihood to Recommend	It's very well suited for any mobile marketing campaign that has a specific set of KPIs based that are setup towards specific events. It's not as well suited for retention or campaigns measured by cohort. It's also not the best platform to run desktop campaigns for, but few platforms have the dual capability. VERY few technical glitches that ever cause more problems than they have to when hacks/crashes/glitches happen. They keep their platform functioning well. Cons	Some reports are hard to find or understand without explanation. Integration with our websites is delicate and does sometimes break. User interface is simple, but no frills.
