EverWebinar vs. Livestorm

Just to give you an idea of the whole process. You connect your recorded video to EverWebinar and then it takes you through the steps to build out the whole automated webinar system. You design a registration page, once a person is registered they are taken to a holding room, which you will also design or choose a template, that has a timer of when the webinar will start. Once the timer is up, you are then directed to the "live" webinar. Since it appears to be live, you are unable to stop it or rewind. It has worked wonderfully for us for the past year

Livestorm is well suited to use when you need to reach a group of more than ten people. It wouldn't be a good solution if you wanted interaction from the audience in more than the form of chat.

• Easy to set up landing pages. Landing pages have great design and allow users to select which session they want to attend (if it's a recurring webinar)
• The analytics is great and allows you to export everything, even all the info they enrich with Clearbit
• The webinar room is super intuitive and I always feel like I have full control

Everwebinar has overall good usability due to its easy-to-use interface. This is the main reason I am giving this rating. There are more things that could be improved including the landing page templates. We have reflected this to support however this has not been addressed at all.

This platform is very user friendly. I had zero training and I was able to successfully create events, customize company emails, export data, navigate feature set, and enable integrations, etc... I had to do a little bit of research into how their on-demand events worked logistically but that took about 10 minutes

Overall good to use, gaining positive ROI for our business. The user interface is easy to use and intuitive. However, the landing page templates need to be improved and the customer support is rather appalling. Multiple features have been suggested however there always have never been replies from their customer support.

EverWebinar is easier to use and a more robust platform. The significant factor is the functionality of analytics, which lets you know how your webinars are performing and can make adjustments as necessary. The other platforms do not offer this and can be more complicated to use and implement.

• We've been able to easily make back the money that EverWebinar costs with selling $300 products up to $2000 products.
• Automating an already successful webinar with EverWebinar is a smart move. Don't try and create one that isn't proven to work.
• There are several webinar platforms out there but EverWebinar does a great job with turning it evergreen.
