Just to give you an idea of the whole process. You connect your recorded video to EverWebinar and then it takes you through the steps to build out the whole automated webinar system. You design a registration page, once a person is registered they are taken to a holding room, which you will also design or choose a template, that has a timer of when the webinar will start. Once the timer is up, you are then directed to the "live" webinar. Since it appears to be live, you are unable to stop it or rewind. It has worked wonderfully for us for the past year

Present+ is FANTASTIC if you're looking for a full marketing tool. Integrated with the likes of HubSpot or Marketo, you can genuinely deliver a fully integrated experience to your audience, minimising drop out at any stage and ensuring a positive level of engagement at all times.

  • Useful features - it's packed full of useful features, focusing on the ones that are going to genuinely be of use (i.e., there's no bloat).
  • Well supported - there's a full team at the end of a phone or email if you have any questions at all.

  • terrible server capabilities to host large crowds
  • it doesn't seem like they upkeep this product
  • customer services responses are canned responses
  • a lot more - would not recommend

Usability
Everwebinar has overall good usability due to its easy-to-use interface. This is the main reason I am giving this rating. There are more things that could be improved including the landing page templates. We have reflected this to support however this has not been addressed at all.

Overall good to use, gaining positive ROI for our business. The user interface is easy to use and intuitive. However, the landing page templates need to be improved and the customer support is rather appalling. Multiple features have been suggested however there always have never been replies from their customer support.

  • We've been able to easily make back the money that EverWebinar costs with selling $300 products up to $2000 products.
  • Automating an already successful webinar with EverWebinar is a smart move. Don't try and create one that isn't proven to work.
  • There are several webinar platforms out there but EverWebinar does a great job with turning it evergreen.
