Conversely, less tech-savvy users will probably find that the software has a steep learning curve. It will typically require someone who is already well-versed in the software to teach the other employees in the clinic.

OPHR Software is an amazing platform for veterinarians including features like Billing, Immunization, Digital record system, automatic reminders, and many more. The thing I liked about this software is that its digital record-keeping management and Automatic reminders. The only thing we want to add in the future is Stock keeping for our vets.

In RxWorks and Clinic-ware, only one user can access a record at any particular time. RxWorks has very inefficient and over-complicated menu that requires many clicks to navigate. They do not have a tab feature to allow users to juggle a few cases at a time, which is quite common in clinical practice. They have very limited custom templates. The visual layout of the software is relatively poor.
