After trial phase my clients was very satisfied and they are making decision to acquired this product.

While Trend Micro Email Security provides enhanced email security capabilities to mitigate most email threats one of the major draw back was certain filters do not provide a wider time frame for searches within a single search.

There support I would give 100 as they really go the extra mile to assist you and also take note of what you have to say.

As a reseller, it can be difficult to locate the appropriate support number to call, however, once a case has been opened for a support request, it is generally resolved fairly quickly.
