AT&T business internet is higher priced. They will lock you in for a year. In my experience, it has worse customer service that will put you on hold for hours and not be able to solve your problem. In my experience, they will sneak in price increases and charge you hidden fees. …
In general, the delivery of service is very fast when fiber is already available at an address. Of course, building new fiber into a location where it isn't already run, take a long time and is expensive. Not Verizon FIOS's fault, it just is a fact of installing fiber. The service is lightning fast for internet and very recommended. We had 1 case where we needed internet service in less than 1 week or it would have delayed construction. Verizon FIOS was able to make our short timeframe and deliver a working service.
If you use the internet, and the only other option is Xfinity, choose CenturyLink Fiber + Internet. Xfinity will lock you into a year-long contract and is actually worse overall in terms of actual speed and quality of service. In my opinion, Xfinity just plain sucks for internet. In my experience, it often cuts out and has no customer service rep anywhere to be found.

And I feel it is just a worse-off product.
