Flowlu vs. Rocketlane

To manage the workflows of our business, we used a number of tools before we began using Flowlu. It combines CRM, project & task management, team communication, invoicing, and account management into a single tool. We are able to save a lot of time and effort by using this all-in-one solution.

There is project management tracking from the start till the end (onboarding till hypercare). The bifurcation of project stages and pre-built templates is good; you can assign client tasks. Less appropriate: Raising tickets for developers because there is no escalation management option. Let’s say the developer didn’t reply in 24 hours for a high-priority task; this should be automatically escalated to their senior.

• The system of adding only the features you need by installing as separated modules makes it easy to learn without being overwhelmed by the lots of features.
• I really like its structure and clear interface. Not wasting much time by searching for the right buttons and settings. Looks like the developers use their own tool for everyday work
• Flowlu offers a custom domain option to fully integrate fully it into our company toolbox. This helps offering a seamless experience for our clients.
• The elaborated invoice module was the final argument for us to switch to Flowlu.

• The project timelines and tasks feature is nice.
• Status updates can be published, which can be seen by external stakeholders/clients even though they are not on Rocketlane or they have not taken Rocketlane subscriptions.
• Timesheets can be easily tracked through which resource utilization can be planned.

• Fellow should have their own email marketing system
• It should integrate woo-commerce, a big e-commerce platform on WordPress. This will support users will in managing and sending emails to their customers.

I have found Flowlu while searching [for] a collaborative tool for a friend's non-profit organization. As I read the description and made a trial test, I fell in love with the tool. So we are definitely going to renew. Not only because the delivered solutions are great but also because Flowlu's roadmap seems very [promising].

It is full of features, there are many ways to perform a single tasks. Overall the experience is great [up to] now, support is also good. We normally get support in a few hours. The best is that everything is very easy and self explanatory so we did not find any issue in onboarding and daily usability.

Support is highly responsive and receptive to feedback. There is an integrated live chat script which allows for intuitive and accessible communication. Beyond the official support channels, they also actively manage a Facebook group for other Flowlu users to share ideas and answer questions. Another big pro in my book is having a public roadmap.

I would like to say that although they are all great software, I prefer that I get a complete solution that covers my business needs for a fair price. The support that I have received from Flowlu is top of the line. The onboarding is great too. All in all a great software that I really like.

• It's helped making hiring extremely easy. Onboarding new clients is a snap.
• Creating new projects takes minutes rather than nearly an hour on some other apps.
• I am probably saving 10+ hours per week on work these days because of how easy everything is to set up. Once I get all my training set up in the Knowledgebase I will save even more time.

• As an admin and end-user, Rocketlane has saved me at least four hours of work every week. Multiply that across the entire team, and we're saving two full days of work by removing all the manual tasks.
