I have been using Folloze for a long time, and I will recommend Folloze because of the app's user-friendly interface and responsiveness to customer feedback. It also enhances security with SSO, two-factor authentication, and a personalization tool. Overall, there are more pros, and it increases productivity.

  • Ease of use when designing boards. We love to all feel like graphic designers.
  • Dashboards showing activity levels of all types.

  • Communication: Their reps are incredibly transparent, thorough and detailed. I really, really appreciate that.
  • Creativity: Not only are the reps communicative, they actually bring new, fresh ideas to the table. As busy as we are, I can't thank them enough for that.
  • Easy-to-use: As detailed as the dashboard is, it's actually pretty easy to use and bring new users up-to-speed on.

  • Integrating the contact form with our CRM has been a lengthy and on-going process
  • We use iframe for some of our content pieces and I think it could look better than it does now
  • We need licenses for our salespeople for them to get access to insights of a board. An easier way to send them this info without them needing licenses would be nice

  • There has been occasional slopping maintenance of the campaigns, and we have to follow up with questions about spending spikes or significant changes in delivery CPMs.
  • Account rep knowledge can sometimes be lacking. When we question our reps about performance, we sometimes get confusing or nonsensical answers.
  • The reporting UI is definitely clunky and unintuitive.

Usability
Its great to be able to customize and build experiences without having to depend web developers or larger content teams. Using Folloze doesn't require a web developer or complicated coding language. Its quite intuitive and easy to figure out after building an experience or two. If you are stuck their support and training materials are quite helpful, as is their support team. Although the tool is great, it would be great to see even more customization possibilities. Also the reporting interface is pretty cumbersome and would benefit from added functionality.

It is very user friendly and if any team members need further help, we are able to easily access their customer service team for hands on assistance with an actual human being, not a robot. Their team has been incredibly kind, understanding and thorough. It is really a great all in one tool for a business who relies greatly on advertising campaigns.

Folloze has a very intuitive user interface and designer. Their integrations have been seamless, and their team has been extremely helpful and responsive in getting features added or any gaps addressed. We have been leveraging the tool to its full capability, and people are happy both internally as well as externally.

Support has been exceptional. Our dedicated team is always available and ready to answer any questions that may arise. We receive updates from them on a regular basis and they go above and beyond providing assistance when needed. The team is absolutely one of the bright spots in our relationship with StackAdapt

Folloze offers much more robust and sophisticated solutions compared to PathFactory. The microsite building experience is moons ahead of PathFactory and is far more intuitive.
