Frankly I'm not sure which other programs are direct competitors to MOM. I can't think of any and I haven't used any others. For our purposes, it works well.

MOM is not well suited as a CRM, though it can be used in that role. It is a good program to use for order management. It probably isn't well suited to be the only program you use, but certainly can help in an auxiliary role.
