Likelihood to Recommend	It is very well suited to any type of sales scenario. You can use it for the beginning of the sales cycle, from the first outreach to the mid-pipeline area. The method has been tested over all verticals. The only scenario where it wouldn’t work is if your company relies mostly on inbound leads. Support Rating	No answers on this topic	I have not been involved with support from Showpad so I am not entirely sure. However, we have received some emails from our help desk about an outage and it seems like it didn't last very long so I would say that it was pretty effective support to that extent. Return on Investment	I've actually signed a huge company using this process. Not only did I benefit, but the company obviously grew because of it. COVID obviously put a damper on things, but we're still booking calls because we're using the process and we know it works. All of our content is centralized in one place. Our marketing department has the ability to view what content is shared the most and viewed the most, so they can focus on those items.
