Considered Both Products
Genbook
Chose Genbook
They were on point with everything, I didn't need to try others, Genbook was fast, simple to use, and set up. Clients love using it on any device and didn't have to download any app. I was a clean interface, easy to read and move appointments around, block out time if needed.
Chose Genbook
AcuBase Pro is my practice management software. The only overlap for me is that they both function as customer databases. I would love to see integration between the software in the calendars.
Vagaro
Chose Vagaro
I prefer Timely to Vagaro as it allows more flexibility, has a better UI/UX, and has more features that help with retention.
Chose Vagaro
StyleSeat is a scheduling platform for the end user. It also allows you to pay directly in the app, along with tipping. StyleSeat is also a well-known product used in the service industry that offers more bells and whistles. Although, you can sometimes get bombarded with ads …
Chose Vagaro
Vagro has lot of listing listing from nearby places and one can really walk up to the place using and understanding the map which can be very helpful in terms of getting into the spa or the saloon the best part is the timings and the payment feature that can be seen.

Great for solo-preneurs! Genbook is like an automated admin assistant! Great for seeing my entire weekly schedule laid out. I use the back end calendar instead of Google Calendar.

We have been working in IT for many years and we can say that the software fulfills what it promises but mostly I would say that it is oriented for businesses that are just starting out and if that is your case, friend, let me tell you that the software will save you many organizational problems.

  • It requires a credit card for all scheduling. Takes away the whole ask awkwardness.
  • Sifts out the not so serious purveyors of massage and keeps those that are.
  • Provides gift certificate purchase in increments or whole amounts. Saves me time.
