We selected GetResponse basis a feature-to-feature comparison and also an overall recommendation from a leading digital marketer
Over the years we have worked with quite a few email platforms. We feel that GetResponse is a solid competitor. The CRM side is not as strong as a product like Keep but we don't expect it to be. If we are really being fair and comparing apples to apples, then GetResponse is as …
GetResponse was the perfect tool for the size of our company. We checked out other tools and GetResponse had the best integration and capabilities in comparison to other competitors.
Mailchimp is the best alternative to GetResponse but GetResponse's innovative design makes them better compared to. What I like more on GetResponse is it helps us to work from any device from anywhere and carry out a campaign from one device to another device. Mailchimp offers …
GetResponse is much stronger in lead management and versatility than an ESP like MailChimp or SFMC. It isn't as versatile as HubSpot or Marketo and leaves a lot lacking in landing pages and scalability.
My team has switched to GetResponse from MailChimp as it: - has more features that can be used - the ability to create flows and automations is a valuable feature
Mailchimp is more basic but is free. Infusionsoft is more expensive but more complex - I have seen it dubbed "confusionsoft", but I have not tried it to confirm as it is out of our price range. GetResponse seems to have been a happy medium for us as it provides the services we …
Not the top of the heap and certainly far from the bottom. GR is arguably one of the best solutions for Home based or small shops. It is out of the box whereas some of the others are not as complete or more difficult to unpack. It lacks some features but over-delivers on others.
Automational was discontinued. Customer service was much better with GetResponse than with Agile. Agile's customer service was very bad - made me feel inadequate, They treated me like a new customer even though I had been doing email marketing for over ten years. They severely …
GetResponse shares a lot of the same capabilities as ActiveCampaign and Infusionsoft. It's much cheaper than Infusionsoft and has a much easier interface than ActiveCampaign. It also offers a significant upgrade in feature set to MailChimp and Constant Contact who really …
GetResponse worked great for the company's direct email needs with list segmenting, A/B testing, and reporting. I personally did not get to select the email tools used for the company, but it was effective and educational to newcomers with the tool.
I would say GetResponse is the perfect product for somebody who is new and looking for quality. Most alternatives are specialized for different types of mailing. So if one ESP doesn't work, another one will. SendInBlue for example is better suited for higher volume mailing but …
Mail Chimp and Icontact. GetResponse is easy to use and less complicated than the other platforms. I prefer Get Response to any other platform I have used because it gives me all the tools to get my clients and customers to pay attention. Other Platforms don't compare to …

Prior to this we used iContact which was horrible and emails were not getting delivered and going into Spam. It was recommended by a co-worker who mentioned we used it before so we decided to adopt it again.

Mailchimp costs a lot once you get into the 4000 contacts range and features that SendFox has integrated are in a higher cost plan from Mailchimp.
Drip is in a similar range cost-wise. It costs more per month than I paid all up. For a business that relies on email marketing as …
GetResponse is good for marketing automation newbies that want a powerful platform without a steep learning curve. It appears to have a strong set of tools for creating automated sequences, but it's not your solution for large enterprise usage. Also, seeing as how competitive the market's become, while it's not expensive per se, it is a bit on the pricey side relative to some.
SendFox is perfect for when you are needing to send emails irregularly to a medium-sized list and don't want high fees. Whilst there aren't fancy templates like other services, this can be perfect if you are just wanting to send simple, quick emails vs more in-depth graphical ones. It's great for smaller businesses as well due to the low cost.
As I mentioned before. I believe that the platform is easy to use. Simple and easy process from start to finish. Email efficient and get to the client quickly. Catch errors that would prevent getting to where i need it to go. Overall great experience and would renew without question
Over the years we have worked with quite a few email platforms. We feel that GetResponse is a solid competitor. The CRM side is not as strong as a product like Keep but we don't expect it to be. If we are really being fair and comparing apples to apples, then GetResponse is as good as any of these other products. Especially in the area of the visual builder, I honestly think it is just about as good as Keep. And it is better than some of these other products. Again, keeping in mind the cost and the niche GetResponse fills, it stacks up very well against the other products we have used.
Mailchimp costs a lot once you get into the 4000 contacts range and features that SendFox has integrated are in a higher cost plan from Mailchimp. Drip is in a similar range cost-wise. It costs more per month than I paid all up. For a business that relies on email marketing as an income strategy, these tools are perfect, but for my business which uses it intermittently to supplement things like group challenges, it's more applicable to go with a tool like SendFox.
Our marketing emails have been much more professional, scheduled, beautiful, and manageable since switching AWAY from GetResponse, so in that sense the platform did not provide the kind of ROI we'd prefer.
For delivering our regular daily newsletter, GetResponse has served us well and has delivered at an above-average rate to our mailing list.
It's been the service I've used for daily emails for group challenges - Meaning that I had a service that was cheaper than others AND was reliable. When the customers got the emails reliably, I retained them, customers.
It has been less flexible in terms of customization - This hasn't had a tangible benefit but may have had a lead-on effect of the emails not always looking as professional to the customer.
It is much cheaper than other services meaning I've saved likely $2000+ based on the size of my email list (which is a lot for my small business!).
