Chose Glassbox
LogRocket is more suited for entry-level application and lacks the more advanced, in-depth analysis capabilities that we need, and that Glassbox offers.
A key factor in our decision was Glassbox's real-time data export capabilities, which aligned perfectly with our needs, as does the ability to integrate Glassbox insights with our existing data systems.
We chose Glassbox over ContentSquare because it offers an integrated VoC solution that is directly linked to session data. This gives us a much deeper understanding of the context behind the customer feedback.
We required a solution that meets our rigid security standards, in other words, one that offers an isolated environment for data storage. As the only platform to offer Single Tenant storage, Glassbox definitely rises above the competition in this regard.
We chose Glassbox instead of Contentsquare primarily because of Glassbox's built-in VoC solution, which is linked directly to session data. This feature really helps contextualize customer sentiment data and makes the feedback even more insightful.
When we were looking into DEM solutions, we considered going with Datadog, but it focuses primarily on technical issues as opposed to capturing and analyzing user experience struggles (for example, why our customers are abandoning our site). This is really what we were looking …
After considering both Contentsquare and Glassbox, we chose to go with Glassbox because it provided an environment that was more suited to our security constraints. (We require a Single Tenant solution, which only Glassbox was able to provide).
Improved understanding of customer behavior: Glassbox provides a detailed view of how customers interact with a website, mobile app, and other digital channels. This information is essential for understanding customer behavior and identifying areas where the business can …
Glassbox is a customer experience management platform that provides various tools to help organizations understand and improve the customer journey. There may be other products that offer similar capabilities, such as FullStory, UserTesting, and Clicktale. These products may …
Glassbox offered the server side capabilities we needed over anyone. Glassbox does not rely on massive custom event packages. Glassbox user interface is very simple and user friendly. The adhoc reports and fairly easy to use. It is an enteprise wide application and is not …
Google Analytics is great in managing our campaigns and in telling us the levels of conversion. The same for our a/B testing tools which tell us which test is converting higher than the other. The problem with these tools is that they do not tell you the why behind the what - …
Glassbox was able to provide a solution to both a technical and experience use cases. Glassbox put same emphasis on the technical and experience struggles which provide us with more data than any other tools we've seen. Glassbox also ties all events to revenue which helps us …
The ability to integrate our current tools with Glassbox has been one of our major priorities. We have quite a lot of tools we use and we needed an analytics tool that could integrate with all of them: VoC, A/B testing, Google analytics, Adobe, Jira, and more. I love that all …
The automatic tagging abilities were very important for us as we do not have the resources to tag all the website events. The 100% data is crucial to make more informed decisions. The Glassbox service team is also great and very helpful.
Glassbox is an all in one tool which is excellent for multiple teams with multiple goals - customer service, UX/UI, product teams, and more. We were also really impressed with the Glassbox teams before signing - very professional and knowledgeable
More customization options, product road map is aligned with the market needs and great customer success team. The system is clean and very easy to use which made the learning of the different abilities a lot easier and much more smooth
Adobe Analytics is more accurate with data but doesn't have the capabilities like Glassbox (interaction map, session replays, etc.) so we have to cross check data to ensure the information is accurate.
Glassbox covers everything - from technical to experience related events and the integration with our existing tools is super important for us as we stream data from our VoC and analytics tools to Glassbox and can use one centralized system for all our use cases. The support is …
It is a wonderful option
with favorable virtues to be applied in the company's marketing process, it
allows us to obtain information through consultation and analysis, they are attentive
Kochava was chosen because it allows us to obtain information through query and analysis tools, is responsive by providing excellent customer service and support, has features such as a push consent management fraud tool, which is useful for additional reports for analysis …
Honestly, Kochava is at the bottom of the haystack as an MMP, and we often only use it when it is suggested by our clients. However, if we start to see improvements we will consider using them more often. As of now, it is not competitive with the aforementioned platforms.
Kochava is good from pricing point of view when you scale up. Both are equal in terms of core features and attribution. However, UI wise Appsflyer is better.
I’ve found that Glassbox is particularly well-suited during marketing campaigns, because you can export and analyze data in real-time, track the campaign’s effectiveness, and gain immediate insight into how customers are interacting with your website. With these insights, we’re able to tweak campaigns on the fly to increase engagement and conversion rates. Similarly, since Glassbox allows us to monitor customer interactions in real-time, we gain immediate feedback on how our users are engaging with a new digital feature on our platform, for example. We can then quickly identify any usability issues or friction points, make adjustments in real-time to improve the user experience, and maximize the success of the new feature.
Kochava is effective because it is integrated with networks and publishers, making it useful for compiling a quarterly report of the best sources of high-quality campaign data for the company's marketing department. Kochava is a handy marketing tool for running mobile app campaigns and analyzing data. Kochava assists employees in completing their demanding duties while also ensuring the security of business data.
It's a pretty powerful platform, and my sense is that most users don't utilize it to its fullest potential. Glassbox could help by offering a more comprehensive onboarding program (maybe even customized training sessions or live workshops tailored to the needs and use cases of FSIs)
Glassbox is very easy to use, and with the AI features which it has inside, it has been very easy for us to not only find the relevant sessions but also summarize them and interact with the summary - so we now have all types of people in our org who use Glassbox - including those who are purely non-tech. Also, I must give a huge shoutout to our customer support team who have been instrumental in helping us get value from Glassbox
When we were looking into DEM solutions, we considered going with Datadog, but it focuses primarily on technical issues as opposed to capturing and analyzing user experience struggles (for example, why our customers are abandoning our site). This is really what we were looking for, which made Glassbox a perfect fit.
It is a wonderful option with favorable virtues to be applied in the company's marketing process, it allows us to obtain information through consultation and analysis, they are attentive and friendly when offering their service and support, it also includes functions such as a fraud tool for the management of push consent, very useful for additional reports in analysis teams, is also competitive because it is providing adequate payment alternatives.
Glassbox has really taken us to the next level in terms of customer sentiment analysis and informed decision-making. We're capturing 100% of customer sessions, and with Glassbox we're able to address hidden issues and make decisions that enhance the experience of our entire customer base, as opposed to just a select few. Our strategic decisions are now based on accurate, comprehensive data, and we're seeing the fruits of this. Our customers are more engaged (and more loyal), our conversion rates are climbing, and our business is growing.
