After confirming a candidate's information, they marked. The highlighted background checks' suspiciousness was decreased with a bit of additional information and intuition, and they turned out to be fine. Whether it be by email, phone, or chat, their customer care is really helpful. We use Gmail, which is linked to our GoodHire account, and we get answers quickly.

We would also note discrepancies in state compliance and have to point them out to be addressed by their system. Good Hire seems to be more compliant with state regulations and have had quicker processing times for our end users
