Google for Jobs is maybe slightly better as it offers more categories and job information. LinkedIn sometimes gives unwanted jobs that I didn't search for.

I'd say Google for Jobs stacks up comparably with indeed or Glassdoor but lags behind the functionality of LinkedIn. we use all of these, and find Glassdoor to be the most traditional setup and easier to use whereas Google for Jobs can get a little trickier.

It has saved me from the spam and robots that have applied for jobs in the past. We have a better candidate list from Google for Jobs. It has also saved us from having to hire someone to post ads and monitor them. It's self-explanatory which makes a smooth transition.

Filling open positions, finding new gigs, and transitioning from one role to another are all excellent scenarios for utilizing this tool. For some very niche industries, it may be less effective. However, the ease of use and incredibly broad database make this an unparalleled tool, perhaps even essential in 2022 and for some time to come.

  • The response rate of the candidates(but that isn't Ladders fault)
  • Only one user can access the account which does not serve us well as we have several people that work on Executive positions.
  • From experience, The ability to get candidates to respond to you was awful

They all have their advantages and disadvantages. Google Jobs has a farther reach than other products because of the Google database.
