Linkedin Recruiter has a more basic view of candidates and doesn't let you target how long they've been in a specific position - only overall years of experience. More Info Chose SeekOut As I said before, SeekOut filters out the fluff and makes it much easier to recruit. Also, SeekOut does a great job of filtering for diversity and inclusion which a lot of companies are focusing on these days which made recruiting much easier and cut down the time of recruiting. More Info Chose SeekOut The choice to use SeekOut was not mine, but based on the cost for use I believe it was a better option for our team. SeekOut allows me to use more advanced search strings to pull new candidates and also has a broader understanding of who I've spoken to before compared to LI. Also, their data and analytics was superior and, at the time, Entelo lacked the insights that would help quantify the effectiveness of the tool.
