Chose Groove, a Clari company
I had less issues with logging with he other two, compared to Groove, a Clari company.
Groove's integration with Salesforce is its primary differentiator. Outreach/Salesloft cater to all CRMs and their sync with SFDC has a delay, requires additional configuration, and is often frustrating for admins.
Salesforce Sales Engagement (formerly High Velocity Sales) also …
We demo'd Ourtreach and Outplay. Outreach would never really focus on what I, as a salesperson, was looking for - they liked to talk about the features geared to management and marketing in regards to reporting and the dashboard. They didn't have a trial either - and I would …
I used Outreach at a previous company, and Outreach works very well. The fact is, when we were looking at programs like Groove, we were, and still are, comparatively, pretty small. Price was a big factor in our decision and what had us in the end going with Groove. Yay!
Groove.cm is a feature-rich online software option for marketing and CRM-related purposes for any business. I may not able to compare it to other products but I know Groove gave me a chance to perform more efficiently since I don't need to check my email from time to time. As …
I would prefer Groove over RingDNA because when I used RingDNA before I was totally lost. The design was not on point so you really have to navigate and explore it.
I selected Groove as the best application for our daily job since it gives us a lot of help when we can't reach our client by phone calls and also helps us to monitor our emails, meeting schedule, updates, and client meetings and the very important is we can monitor our sales.
You can use Mailchimp or SendGrid for similar use, with Mailchimp the email automation is limited, and SendGrid holds up quite well. However, Mailshake is strictly designed and well equipped for email outreach and unusually cold emails, and its usability is second to none.
For more advanced email campaigns, I use ActiveCampaign and the email sending provider because it gives more control and options related to the drip rules. Besides that, for simple campaigns that need to be followed up in a great, quick, and simple way, Mailshake is perfect …
These tools are undoubtedly reputable products that are used by millions of users. However, for the goal of lead generation by cold emailing, Mailshake shines by its genius approach of highest possible personalization of the messages. We see incredible results with every …
We looked at several email marketing solutions to find a solution for our email outreach campaign but decided to go with Mailshake because of it's deep focus on email outreach, ease of use and pricing. Mailshake also integrates well with other software via Zapier so we did not …
When Groove was able to notify me that the other party already seen the email is pretty nice. It help us a lot to prepare what they will have to say. It will also help our business to grow more since they know that we are professionally waiting for them to reply.
Groove is integral to our process and we're glad the price is affordable. The only way we would replace Groove is if the price went up or our C-suite decides to want a took that goes beyond Sales Enablement and Sales Automation
Groove is incredibly easy to use, and is flexible enough to use in a way that suits each rep. With the Omnibar, it can be used directly from Outlook, or reps can use it directly in the Groove platform itself. You can use their built-in dialer, email functionality, and even some LInkedIn messages.
I found it pretty good - we were able to put email templates and campaigns together almost immediately. The reason I gave it an 8 is because if you want to edit those templates, the saving and making sure they were part of the campaigns was a little tricky and not intuitive.
Our Groove representative has been very attentive the the needs of our sales teams. They are always available to provide training for new employees and refreshers for members of the team who have been slow to adopt. The online support is also very good, I have had several questions answered quickly using the online support chat function.
Quick support. They offer very extensive and detailed tutorials on how to use the tool, as well as how to succeed in sending emails the right way. It probably reduces the number of support tickets and general support needs. The videos make it very easy to use their solutions. Great way to educate new clients.
At Nearpod, I have been impressed with the internal expertise and support around Groove as a key tool for the Sales and Customer Success business systems and operations.
Groove's integration with Salesforce is its primary differentiator. Outreach/Salesloft cater to all CRMs and their sync with SFDC has a delay, requires additional configuration, and is often frustrating for admins. Salesforce Sales Engagement (formerly High Velocity Sales) also has a native integration (with no sync), but Groove is easier to use for the typical sales manager/sales rep end user. With Sales Engagement, I would be needed to help build functionality and alleviate issues, whereas with Groove, our users are much more self-sufficient.

Reduced several hours a week of logging time in Salesforce that either wouldn't get done or would have been done to the detriment of more value add activities.
Saves hours per week by delivering actionable/useful info from Salesforce into Gmail
Gives me valuable insight on what emails are being opened and read. This helps plan targeting.
I'd say it was a net negative for us because the initiative did not lead to sales for us. It was probably HOW we were using it, and not the fault of the product itself. If you have luck with cold emails, and just need a new platform, Mailshake could be a great, and inexpensive option. Our loss was mostly employee time, and learning what doesn't work for us is a positive in the end.
