TeamSnap
Chose TeamSnap
So much less confusing to use... and lightyears faster.
Chose TeamSnap
TeamSnap is heads and shoulders better than other team apps I've used, it's easy to use and looks great.
Chose TeamSnap
TeamSnap has most, if not all, functions associated with running the organization within one interface.
Chose TeamSnap
I have used Google Docs, regular email, and Remind, none of which have worked nearly as well. They all had flaws or were not set up for mass team communication, rather they were good for dispensing some information, but not everything needed to communicate with a large group of …
Chose TeamSnap
Drivn.today is a horrible app/alternative to TeamSnap. Their app is super clumsy and not intuitive whatsoever. TeamSnap's website is nicely organized, and the app is simple and well organized. The app carries almost all the same features as the website, and it is a …
Chose TeamSnap
This was our first choice, and we have not tried any other entity for this specific purpose. The app came highly rated and many "moms" on our team already used it for kids soccer teams or other sports teams they were a part of, be it recreational or school. Ease of use is key, …

I have already recommended the app to other coaches in the district. We have also talked about implementing the app for our section and conference. Due to the volatile nature of our sports schedule, the quick and easy communication tool is invaluable. Also, the ability to send to multiple people on the same account is super slick.

  • The Schedule in List View is odd -- you must scroll all the way to the bottom to view the most recent event.
  • Website load speeds are usually very slow.

I would have to say that for the most part, the only time we have had to use CS is when we needed to update the board members from year to year. Then we have a new administrator, or "owner" of the platform. We would then need to transfer the email from one person to another. Otherwise, even with billing, there have been no issues. It's flawless and well worth the cost.
