Harver vs. Goodhire:They are efficient platforms, easy to use, offer resume evaluation tools, selection tests, candidate evaluations, etc. Harver offers great options like video interviews, which can be easily recorded and shared. One big difference between the two platforms is …
Relias has significantly more and higher quality training courses and video offerings than any competitor in the space. At the end of the day, it's about the caregivers receiving as much information they can to be successful.
We have used the Silver Chair; however, Relias Learning Management System purchased the Silver Chair. Before that, we would do all the training in house with an instructor.
Halogen also had it's pros and cons but for the industry that i am in, Relias is a better option due to the number of courses available for staff in the industry.
The tool is easy to use and the reference reports has allowed us to move from 2 references at the end of the recruitment process to collecting 5+ references earlier in the recruitment piece, thus allowing us to have better insight into the applicant and being able to tailor our interviews to questions that arise from the references. We have also seen a hirer retention rate of employees who have undertaken Outmatch references compared to those who have had verbal references. The references are in an easy-to-read format and the candidate sourcing database has added to our candidate attraction pool.
Good for an organization who are in health care and in ABA. Not so good everyone else. There are courses specific to the industry, however, the glitches and the lack of support from the customer service staff makes it hard to recommend the product.
Customer Service initially was poor, but we now have a good account manager. However, compared to Checkster, (outmatch acquired) there is a clear service level difference.
RMLS have become an important component of our agency's support systems. It provides consistent context for education and trainings as well as being flexible to allow staff to access it on their time. We have found many of the content sessions to be very useful for staff development and supportive of our overall agency goals and strategies.
I enjoy the ease of setup. It has a large course library and selection filter to choose by profession and/or module type. Even though it has a generic user interface and navigating tools, but it gets the job done. It offers the basic and simple delivery, tracking, and reporting.
Relias staff has been accommodating whenever support is needed. When Relias staff are at booths at conferences, they also engage very positively and are available for support. It seems as if the Relias staff really care about the work they do and the product they offer.
Harver vs. GoodHire:They are efficient platforms, easy to use, offer resume evaluation tools, selection tests, candidate evaluations, etc. Harver offers great options like video interviews, which can be easily recorded and shared. One big difference between the two platforms is that Harver offers internal collaboration and candidate experience evaluation tools, while GoodHire focuses on background checks.
