Likelihood to Recommend	HENO is a wonderful system for any Physical Therapy practice currently operating in multiple programs. It streamlines systems and communication through its department integration, allows for HIPAA compliant internal messaging, and client communication, and it has a high level of practice customization. Cons	Tracking of appointments, and documentation could be cleaner. Alerts could be more customizable, and error messages could provide more information to the user. We got tied into a miscommunication on the package (contract vs trial) when we decided to work with them Tutorials are good but can be overwhelming because there are a lot of features to learn Charging to migrate client data was a determining factor on whether we wanted to continue with the company. If we knew this upfront it would've allowed us to say "no thanks".
