Digital Persona is a traditional purchase platform whereas the other two were subscription based platforms. More Info Chose HID DigitalPersona Imprivata is integrated with McKesson Paragon. This makes it work better with their software but it is very expensive. DigitalPersona eventually became integrated with Paragon but was not ready for this upgrade and host remote environment.
