Hippo Video is great to create personalized sales/support videos. You can can attach them to your email messages and send them as cold emails. Or you can use them to send your team members instructions of a project that you're stuck on or having problem with. You can use it for personal screen recording sessions as well. You can record webcams and also have your clients create testimonial videos. It has a nice UI/UX
Hippo Video is in India. They answer your questions but they do take a little time. Not sure if they're a big team but they do respond to important messages. They also use their own tool for support and will show you how to fix the problems that you're having.
