Workplace Harassment, Code of Conduct and HIPPA offerings are spot offered are professionally produced and work seamlessly in the LMS. Previously, Inspired eLearning offered professional development course work but the reimbursement aspect within Constellation West was cumbersome and we move away from using them as a source for this kind of training. Cons	No answers on this topic	Numbering and Naming of modules can be improved. I have often released modules in the wrong order. Email summary reports could be improved. The mobile app is wonderful, however, we use SSO to provide the iLMS to our users so they cannot access the mobile app which is only via user name and password.
