Likelihood to Recommend	The service in general is great because on the backend. IBM offers experience and knowledge in the use of data center technologies undeniably. I recommend it for almost any situation but particularly for databases and especially large ones. That possibility of adjusting IOPS dynamically to levels that other data centers do not offer makes it unique. I don't recommend using the service if you don't have an infrastructure expert who knows about servers, Linux, and storage because a lot of the configuration and settings require an expert hand. For our use, it is really only currently viable for things like snapshots and backups. Other organizations may find it useful for secondary-tier archival storage as well. At this point, I don't really trust any cloud solution as primary storage for anything. This may change in the future, but for backups and such, it is a nice option.
