It's better to use Garage skills during inception and proof of concept stage. I am sure they are helpful later too but detailed design decisions are taken way early and can create issues if Garage comes later and recommends better solutions. I think the Garage UX team is not that helpful. They should hire people who are quick to understand customer requirements.
