IBM Process Mining vs. UiPath Process Mining

The data mining used within our organization uncovered many logs, records and unnoticed processes, which resulted in a very detailed visual representation of the end-to-end processes, mapped out in sequence of events. We were able to identify a few bottlenecks which caused delays and deviations in our workflows. In short we were able to iron out the inefficiencies, which helped tremendously in deploying targeted improvements to our internal processes.

UiPath Process Mining is suitable if the time consumed by the process needs to be monitored step wise ,to evaluate time consumed by each module So that any process improvements can be introduced to ensure lead have for each transaction. Any redundant steps can be easily identified using the enhanced visual tools

• The modules undergo continuous variations when having to make changes in the configuration of some aspects of the company.
• Recovery of the lost password of each user takes a long time to complete.

I think it is the best process mining software that can currently exist, others are similar, but do not meet our expectations, we will use it for a long time, it is a system that makes us productive with minimal manual effort, the quality of the results they are amazing.

It's been such a helpful investment with a very good return on an investment. The amount of time alone we have been able to say by deploying UiPath Process Mining (formerly ProcessGold) has been worth it alone, not to mention the additional money we are able to generate through deploying these processes

The initial integration/configuration is complex and hence takes time. Once integrated it is very easy and nice to use. We can have the analytics with a very user-friendly dashboard. It provides detailed information which helps in finding causes and hence in improvement. I would say it is a very nice and user-friendly tool.

The customer support team has held our hand in digital transformation journey and provided the best guidance and tools. When contacted they are always ready with effective solution of the raised issue. The team visits the company regularly to audit performance of the application and provide necessary updates. They provides awareness and business risks that might arise from various business engagements and expected risks.

It a good product. I would definitely keep using it in the near future. We have had good feedback within the team and also from our stakeholders on the other side of the table. Right now, there isn't any other tool out there better for doing the tasks that UiPath is doing.

ibm is more practical than Celonis and ui path process mining because ibm effectively optimized our operation and its Accelerate productivity and less time and reduce error and due to AI its more easier than both. i personally found IBM most trusted and secure and its advance technology makes it morden.
