It does not have user friendly GUI that delays in getting the information required by the user. Any new requirements always need investment and time to develop. Alternatives Considered	Infor It is better in integration with 3rd party service providers and quick turn around time and dedicated error resolution in receiving the data. We had inhouse SME from Infor Nexus team which allows quick development cycle and faster implementation. It allows visibility of milestones which is not available in SAP TM.
