TechTarget would notify us when prospects looked us up by name or specifically researched areas where our product would prove beneficial. It did a great job gauging legitimate interest from the prospect and gave an idea of a timeline as well so that we could understand their urgency.

  • I don't know of another alternative source, but TechTarget provides data on content that people are researching.

  • I think providing a quarterly highlights document would be particularly helpful without asking. We ask every quarter and it creates a bit of a bottleneck for us.
  • Communication via email can get exhausting. Can we explore having a joint Slack channel for collaboration?

Usability
INFUSE was able to get our campaigns up and running, allowing us the ability to migrate qualified leads down to our sales team. INFUSE also went a step above, by providing call scripts and prescribed touchpoints along the qualifing journey, allowing our sales teams more time to schedule follow-up meetings and create opportunities that generated potential review.

INFUSE has always been very responsive. I appreciate the check ins once campaigns are live, to discuss results and see where we could make adjustments. I haven't used their Demand Gen experts yet but I love that that's available to optimize your programs.

I'm just a business user of TechTarget so I really haven't had the chance to gauge what the support is from a customer standpoint. Given that we recently rolled it out and everyone is utilizing it daily I would assume that their support is strong enough for us to continues to use it.

I would get email alerts any time a target customer read a white paper or downloaded a brochure, which made my timing for prospecting much easier. I do believe ZoomInfo's company directories are more robust and wide-spread

  • INFUSEmedia significantly increased our overall lead volume (ie able to produce 5000 leads/month when other channels were struggling to generate more then a few hundred) at far more efficient CPLs (Cost-Per-Lead)
  • Our clients have given positive feedback on lead quality and wrap reports that INFUSEmedia has provided to our team had provided further insight into the companies, job levels, etc. that our leads are tied to, further validating their quality and alignment with our desired targeting
