Ingram Micro vs. TD SYNNEX (Tech Data + Synnex)

Works well if you want to 1) Fulfill your own eComm orders. 2) Want the ability to do dropship with 3rd party retailers. 3) Want LOT# control (e.g. if you're in the food industry). There are a plethora of companies that can do ecomm fulfillment but they don't have the ability to do option 2 & 3.

Must be honest, even they know that their backend for clients is always with problems. They ignore the clients, workers don't care and so lose sales.

• Products were as-advertised.
• Pricing on HPE servers was competitive.
• Shipping process was reliable.

• Prices are higher then on the web
• Almost impossible to talk with someone that knows anything about their job

Ingram Micro is the largest supplier of this type in New Zealand and as such we started to use them almost only for this reason.

Although we have had a very good customer experience and will continue to use Ingram Micro services in the future.
